Three Generations of Fire and Wood.

Founded in 1992 by Master Chef Liu Wei, Gold Mine brought the secret 108-slice carving technique from a Beijing courtyard kitchen to the heart of London.

Gold Mine has built a reputation as one of London’s most recognised Cantonese restaurants, known especially for its legendary roast duck, Cantonese roast meats, and freshly made dim sum.

Originally established in Queensway before expanding into the heart of Chinatown at Gold Mine on Wardour Street, the restaurant has become a favourite among families, tourists, and London’s Chinese community alike.
